Having previously served as both the US Embassy and the Canadian High Commission, the landmark building has been transformed by the Lodha Group into an exceptional private residential development.

Cheshire Wellness was appointed to design and construct the private wellness facilities, delivering a luxury 25m freeboard swimming pool, a bespoke hot spa with an integrated insulated cold plunge, and complete filtration systems throughout. The project also included separate male and female saunas, steam rooms, and ice machines, creating a world-class wellness destination for residents.
