Shard Place, a 26 storey residential development located alongside The Shard and The News Building, marks the third phase of the 2.5 million sq ft regeneration of Shard Quarter.

Recently completed, Shard Place is comprisesd of 176 apartments and a private roof garden on the 16th floor including an 18m stainless steel pool by Cheshire Wellness.
