This stunning domestic property, located close to the Cheshire Wellness manufacturing facility, presented an exciting opportunity to design and deliver a bespoke indoor swimming pool and wellness suite. Our client on Stanhope Road commissioned Cheshire Wellness to create a fully integrated leisure environment tailored to both relaxation and performance.

The project included an 11.5m x 4m x 1.35m constant-depth deck-level overflow pool, complete with an adjoining balance tank, additional handrail, and a safety cover. The wellness facilities were further enhanced by a 2.3m x 2m x 2.2m steam room and a Heatstar air handling and dehumidification system, ensuring optimal comfort and environmental control. In addition, we designed and constructed a bespoke outdoor water feature to complement the surrounding landscape.

Beyond the wellness facilities, the wider project also incorporated a number of striking architectural elements outside of our scope, including an impressive supercar man cave by Design by Uber to showcase the client’s collection — adding a unique and visually compelling dimension to this exceptional home.
