Contract Management

At Cheshire Wellness, each of our projects is assigned a manager from our experienced and dedicated contracts team. The management team oversees both commercial and domestic projects, seamlessly directing each stage of a project’s journey while interfacing with clients, working with our in-house design department, and communicating with engineering partners.

The management team oversees the construction process from design to completion and ensures that all aspects of the work adhere to SPATA and PWTAG regulations, proactively and constructively coordinating with other trades, removing potential obstacles, ensuring programme is adhered to and quality is maintained.

Installation

Wellness facilities constitute a beautiful yet complex addition to any property or establishment. They demand incisive planning and skilled engineering. Our highly motivated in-house team of dedicated site engineers and construction managers provide an extremely high level of service that is vital to the success of the project, ensuring that every detail is meticulously checked with sectional quality assurance sign offs before proceeding to the next stage and trade to trade handovers.

With every project, our ISPE certified installation team carries out a series of rigorous quality assurance tests and commissioning practices before handing it over. Using quality assurance and safety management software such as Field View and Yellow Jacket, they ensure that every element of the project is diligently delivered and operates as effectively and efficiently as possible. 

Design

At Cheshire Wellness, we work very closely with developers, architects and interior designers throughout a pool or spa’s design and build stages. We continually strive to ensure the scheme exceeds our clients’ expectations. Our designers work with you to fully understand what you require for your project. They will provide you with advice and recommendations on worthwhile features you can incorporate into the design.

We bring you an unrivalled in-house team with significant industry experience. The team includes dedicated CAD technicians along with a expert mechanical design engineers to design and coordinate with the wider project team. Cheshire Wellness use the latest available software including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and Inventor, each of which us to meet your design requirements and our clients to accurately visualize the design intent.
